Bridgewater Bakehouse’s back to back award winning vanilla slice consists of a smooth vanilla flavoured

custard centre with a crisp flaky pastry and a sweet glossy icing.

Jelly Slice

A buttery biscuit base, smooth cream cheese filling and a fruity raspberry jelly on top.

Hedgehog Slice

A chocolaty fudgy style brownie with crumbled biscuits mixed through it. A rich smooth chocolate icing covered in sprinkles

Lemon Slice

A tart lemony biscuit base with a smooth lemony buttercream icing with sprinkled coconut.

Custard Tart

A shortcrust party tart filled with a smooth custard filling coated with a sprinkle of nutmeg.

Chocolate Éclair`

A long choux pastry covered in chocolate fondant filled with fresh cream.

Bridgewater Bakehouse is conveniently located near the Loddon River on Main Street in the town of Bridgewater. We are a traditional bakery offering a range of baked goods to local residents and visitors from afar. We believe that bread, cakes, and pies should be freshly baked from premium ingredients, so they taste outstanding and leave you feeling satisfied.
